Project: A&S, CAS and GSAS Web sites

Objective: To establish an infrastructure to provide a content-rich, intuitive, and visually consistent Web presence for the A&S, CAS and GSAS.

Proposed Solution: To retain three distinct Web sites with a shared navigational menu designed to include common elements of information. This menu would be included on every page found within each site to establish a sense of cohesiveness, consistency, direction, assurance and manageability.

Approach: The A&S, CAS and GSAS Web sites use a single underlying 7 column, 24 row grid. This flexible underlying matrix allows for an integrated layout that not only provides a consistent structure and a common interface, but also offers the flexibility for content providers to present and express their individual personalities in varying and unique formats.
